exactly what assets and infrastructure are you talking about? Look at how many companies that have various resources in the ground going broke.
ADY via 60% of Vallenar has iron ore in its mines.
If I am correct most of the plant and equipment was at the Rincon site.I was told that the mining equipment and trucks used by Besalco have been removed and there is very little at Vallenar.In case I may be wrong suggest you seek company confirmation.
Infrastructure? What do you mean? Are you talking about the shared ( with Santa Fe) depot at the port?
If you read previous company advice they were hoping to obtain millions in loans in order to spend on infrastructure. They have only about $2-3m cash left in the bank plus a big debt with YA Global. And there is no cash flow as nothing is being produced. Prooduction stopped last Oct because they had no funds to use a new contractor.
