I hope not at these prices, some where near NTA would be nice, I have been averaging down, but still need to see it a lot higher than it is atm. Could volume yesterday and interesting spike only to thrashed back down, My feeling someone is keeping a lid on it, but for what reason I don't know. Anyway I wish this would start heading up and doing what other stocks in the Property sector have been doing. The Stonger Aust dollar should be helping now against the currency hedges (Just speaking off the top of my head as I'm not sure how it has gone against the yen, but def stronger against the US)

Anyway I'm happy to continue to hold for Divies and don't even mind sacrificing some for debt reduction and buy out of Mgmt rights, as long as they keep paying 4-5C each 6 months I will be over the moon. The Company will pay for my share before I know it and I will consider them a free carry.
