    Big boys swaping stock,this entity has never been in a better position for takeover. Credit rolled over, major Dr shareholders on board ,reducing debt & making money. Forget the $1.30.(GUESS) now for a serious bid. Keep in mind vgh wants to expand,and seeks a friendly takeover. I did note pry looking good on the same day.????,Said before many pokers in this fire....Cheers.
