Why not? QBE has been pressed for a long period of time. The longer it pressed, the quick it bounces back. The market has a forward looking by 6-12 months. By next June, you already have two hikes (say Dec and Mar), and bake another for the following 12 months. That would push the SP to around 15 just on the basis of ESP. Given a bit favorable market condition, 20 may become an easy target. I did not expect my NCM went up from 11 to 27 in sex months.
