I think he is saying that the 'majority' of investors only buy and sell on ASX.
With regards to buying on ASX and selling on AIM, not so easy to do that. It takes a bit more than 24 hours to transfer your holdings to allow you to do that, which could see you losing a profit making opportunity on ASX.
