Medium density division is a problem ..sales are not that flash , plus we are talking m/density in some " interesting " locations . If however you were to see a turnaround in the high rise area , things could start to move , but the leadtimes are huge .Its simply a case of the strength of the dividend ( while it can be paid ) .
In property I prefer MFT and SDG right now .But australand could turn things around . Some of these medium density projects are just close to unsellable.
