Ever considered that Westpac is one of the biggest employers and payers of various taxes in Australia? We don’t have many large tax payers in Australia since we are so uncompetitive globally. Westpac is one of the largest contributors to Australia’s free hospital system, school funding and most likely your welfare check or university new start $. Think about the big picture next time, not green/Marxist ideologies.
