Nix, I hope they do, but I dont think they will.
Carpenter will have to take into account that Rio didnt stuff up -the courier did. I think Carpenter will give it back to RIO.
There has been much said about legal action after the decision.
The last time I read "The Act", the Minister's decision was final and could not be appealed.
