i wouldnt be at all concerned about them raising the $3M, i think thats a certainty.
A small concern is if its oversubscibed we may not get
our full allotment although i think its extremely unlikely.
I think they'll just raise it up to whatever the subscription is IE $4m $4.5m etc etc.
What is a real concern is whether the DOW gets smashed .
