It's the data which FXCM makes available for bunch of indices, some commodities and currency pairs. You can use Metatrader with plugins to get this data(free) or you can get the same FXCM data on tradingview pro plus $30/month, which has session volume, visible range volume and fixed range volume profiles (needs FXCM account validation).
