All explorers require ridiculously huge amounts of capital to move from exploration to production stage of mining, VR8 is no different. What will be key is getting off-take agreements in place next, along with the PFS, then financing can be found subsequently. If the numbers look good, and I can't see how they won't, financing shouldn't be difficult to get
