...and that one in-vitro study takes 6-12 months to complete??? I am sorry but there is no such thing, that is the biggest load of crap they have ever fed this message board. I know Tony and Wayne have on their "I heart PYC" shirts, but your man-crushes on PYC are going to turn to heartbreak. You can get animal studies done in less than 6-12 months on CD40L. AND the animal studies are not predicative? maybe so, but you still have to do PK studies.....after reading all their posts, I am now more convinced than ever that the entire CD40L program is all song & dance.

PYC is out of cash in 6 months, and they know it, and I promise everyone on this board they know no deals are close to signing (regardless of how many are in whatever stage of discussion they are in or have been) and they are doing everything they can to get someone to buy it for its current MC with maybe a 10-20% premium, and they will feed it to you shareholders that this was the best strategy available. If I am wrong, I will never post on this board again (some of you would be very happy maybe!) And the buyer is not going to be BigPharma, cause they rarely buy sinking ships (even though maybe they should) and rarely buy unvalidated platforms (i.e. nothing in clinical trials)...my bet is another small to midsize company may do an M&A, if Tony and Paul can sell it. Capital options are gone.

Japanese Pharma are well known for being glacial in their decision making, let alone deal making, that is why most of the deals announced originate from their overseas branches, home offices in Japan usually deal with clinical stage assets.
