SLH,
BPH reads like a good credible story.
The problem is that many that were given the opportunity are not buying it. Why? well we might already know the answer to that.
My eyes popped last week when a h.c. poster made mention of the fact that he had received a telephone call from the GBA chief trying to get the numbers.
I still believe that BPH will okay but plenty of convincing and miracles might be needed along the way.
