Capital calls of 30c means that is cost of shorter to get and sell their loads, this is extremely unfavorable for retailers holding shares with much higher costs.
If the significant holders cannot prevent the price dropping below $30c, then why not buy shares selling by shorter with a discount, once SP is more than 30c, they will take the entitlements with 30c.
