    OSH is in great shape and will be in better shape in a couple of years with all their cost cutting and their future revenue stream.
    Perfect timing and very opportunistic bid by WPL but may it get shot down in flames as this company has lot more value than currently placed on it. Cost of production for OSH is very low, no wonder WPL want to buy it.
