    I dont think a 10.2 billion move would do much anyway because thats below the market cap?

    I know myself as a holder I would refuse the deal..

    Business spectator made a comment also this morning saying that the offer would have to be atleast 13 billion to be considered (approx 23% premium, pricing shares at about $8.50).
