Over four (4) times the current value of the company (in USD)? A very hefty premium (for a USD 460M company, based on AUS current MktCap), even tho it might well be small change for a Big Pharma.
If it were offered, it might well be accepted. I am sure they are receptive to an appropriate offer.
OTOH, if it's really expected to be worth 100B one day, (what currency? presume USD if it's US Big Pharma) why on earth would they sell? Where did this figure come from?
