I'm still bullish on MMX's prospects without a takeover.
I look at it this way. MMX has a fair bit of Iron Ore and more importantly they are producing the Ore. This is a very big difference. FMG became one of the biggest miners in the world whilst still in construction.
We have the port and rail (i'm sure I read that yesterday.) which mmgt will sell off as it becomes operational in order to create value.
We have some highly attractive exploration targets that will give greater value or be spun off into another entity.

Given that most people believe we are worth somewhere around $7-$8. I would like to ask everyone on HC will you accept a takeover bid below $8.00? I don't think Phil Falcone will.
