We might need to keep our options open......I would bid for RXM, then if they don't take it bid for SFR....both will be likely to take a lower price on fear of missing out on the deal. If anyone with knowledge of these two companies has an interest I wonder if it would be worth running the numbers and seeing if on top of this strategy (or otherwise) a full takeover of one could be combined with a JV with the other.
