Whether OZL uses cash or shares for RXM, it will not alter the macro cash calcs for C. Using script for an RXM purchase (at anything under $9) will be destroying shareholder value. (It will be like doing a discounted cap raising). For current equity holders, using the cash is a much better financial outcome.

Good summary. The cloud hanging over the sp is that currently there isno income after 2018 - that is 6.5 years away. RXM purchase now and rapid development of Hillside will remove that cloud. OZL has created a long term pipeline of growth with C and potentially Copaquire, but there is not mid term growth that we can see.
