I agree that the warning sign was Rix leaving so quickly followed by downgrade #2. One thing that is telling is the fact that since the first downgrade there have been no share purchases by directors at all. I bought some but got stopped out this week. I can't see the price moving up too much in the short term without some positive news from the company on specific actions they are going to take to fix the business model and details of the outcome of the strategic review which is due soon.
