as an ex lawyer I know that most debts are collectable, it just depends on how much you are prepared to lose in the process, and how evasive the debtor wants to be...The key to ccp is to get rid of 300 staff in a real hurry and scale back to a profitable business that makes $15m per year and has a value of $150m. They are not a cnp and debt is on the right side of the balance sheet!
