Company is in a better position now than it was two years ago when stock was trading around $1 (Gold Price!!!!).

It seems to me that the takeover was more forced on Anglo than anything. Anglo already held 19.9% and with the share buy-back in place cancelling shares on an almost daily basis this has pushed them over the 20% limit where they must launch a formal takeover or start selling. Doubt they'll get many takers at this price. At least this will push the Royalco story out into the mainstream which will hopefully attract some more supporters and start pushing us up to fair value which I believe is currently around 80c....
