The glich is that Greenwich gets swamped in the merger-existing G shareholders finish up with only 11.8% of the restructured company so current price for G not necessarily a reliable guide.
Collins Stewart is doing the placement of 15m quid on the 17th March. The placing price would be a better guide as you may assume that the broker would have buying support around that price.
