How did I get to that figure? This is how. SEH was 20 cents last week and here we are on the verge of profitability being asked to sell for 25 cents.

The project has been constantly talked up by directors and we've been told it has a very rosy future.

The November 2014 investor presentation stated that SEH was undervalued by a factor of two compared to Chinese peers and four compared with Australian peers. The SP was 22 cents valuing SEH at 88 cents. Since then the project has been de-risked, more gas has been found, and both gas demand and gas prices in China have risen. In May we were told production, prices and margins are rising...excellent.

So why is it only worth 25 cents a share today less than one month later?

Perhaps the project has become overly complex and unmanageable. Are the Chinese squeezing SEH out? Maybe Macquarie wants to make a quick profit so it can move onto the next big deal.

Whatever the real reason there is a serious information gap in this story and management has a lot of explaining to do.

Don't know about you but as of right now I intend to vote against the proposal.

C'mon management, tell us the real story.
