SEH listed on the ASX on the 15th Sept, 2009 with the IPO shares being 25c. Quite ironically that, 9 years latter, nearly to the day, that SEH will finally return to its initial IPO price and be taken over, at a time when they are 18 months away from being profitable and have more than $100mill of development spend that will be returned to them over the next few years and they have spent nearly $200mill and have $90mill of funding available to them and no need for a capital raise.

Typical Australian mentality, selling things to overseas entities far too cheap.

This has been groomed for a take over. It's funny how someone smashed it down into the 3s not long ago then accumulated their holding. I've commented on this behavior many times with the manipulation sometimes out of control. Nothing is ever done then SEH want you to accept this offer .
