yes of course you would seeing you paid less most likely. What about the shareholders who have invested at 1.50 or more. Its not about me, its about a company which said all is well and did an equity raising at 1.50 then siad there were troubles ahead, only to see the shares ultimately down at 20cents.
Imagine those ivestors seeing the company reporting things are turning around yet the shareprice at all time lows and then hearing of a possible takeover. It would make you sick. It should make you sick too jossette.
Right is right and wrong is wrong. I think there would be grounds for claims if that were to be the case.
