Only people making money here are shorters or people playing both sides ie putting sell orders on to weigh market down whilst buying up on the other side ready to pounce.
The market is weak and thats where they are taking advantage until buyers wise up via shareholdings, but thats a difficult one as the underlying bulk buyer is probably holding through several entities.
Elders should come out and reasure the market.
