The risk of being a minority sharehder in a public company is that it can be taken over at any time at any price regardless of what price people paid for their shares at any point historically.. Unfortunately those who injected equity at $1.50 have had there money dusted.. If anyone is to be held accountable for that it is Malcolm Jackman... And I cannot understand why he hasn't been held to account for it..
