I have no intention of accepting any t'over offer close to these ridiculous prices when the company is on the verge of turning around and has net asset backing currently at $1.12/share. With large accummulated losses, there is further hidden value here that the company can extract by not having to pay full tax by offsetting profits against accummulated losses for several years in the future. If there is a takeover, the price needs to be pitched fairly close to NAB!!!
