    Agreed, on very strong volume also, have to ask though why would it be worth any more than $3.50 now compared to the last time on offer popped up?

    I could put forward a few suggestions on that point but don't think any offer would be much more than 10% on top of the last one, ie; around that $3.80 mark?

    Unless of course there was another buyer in the wings who values it differently than PE players.
