I know how you feel, along with hundreds of other "retail"
investors but going down that path is a pipe dream IMO.
Not having a shot at you mate, but for a start you could kiss all the institutional and any cornerstone investors GOODBYE!
They would not invest their millions in a co. run by the shareholders or their de facto and s/h would be left holding the tickets.
We weather the firestorm, take up our rights and average down or, stick with MR and the board if we think it's got a future, as unpalatable as that may sound.
