it will happen.... geez, if they announced an off-take agreement which covers all or partial capex funding... MAK will go through the roof (ie; cracking $1) - am more confident rather than crossing fingers...
they've (MAK) effectively had this deposit, with all the data from before, so they already knew wot they were looking at, and so were always able to confidentally say what they thought the overall outcome was going to be, and now they can go thru and keep ticking those boxes...
there are always risks in this game, but i don't think that there are any better plays, than the ones which pick up ground or projects with existing deposits... the ground has siginificant inground value - it's an asset...
