davmac, IVA have been given the directive to sell by RIO. That's it.
SOL came to the party and made the highest bid at 19c. The restraint SOL have is that they can't go above without a takeover offer.
Why offer any higher? They'll go through the motions, take IVA's stake and whatever else comes along and we will then proceed as per normal with a better register.
