No different to the former CFO engaging in insider trading. Makes you wonder how good Nuix's software is for investigating insider trading when ASIC has failed to take any action.
The Board should immediately suspend the CEO from active duty and bring in an independent investigator. The directors on this board wouldn't know how to spell governance let alone actually exercise it.
