    As per other's thoughts, I agree that the best they could probably do on this round is to legitimise the last few months of warehousing and maybe get the directors shares to push them to 75%.

    It is very disappointing the directors are still feathering their own nest instead of pushing for the shareholders that they are paid a substantial amount of money to best represent.

    This company and the people who have worked for it will be remembered for a very long time.

    I think based on them only being able to get to 75% will mean the cash component will get increased and or the WNI component will get removed in a revised takeover bid.

    As per the Cliffs takeover of Portman, the longer you hold out the better chance there is of getting a premium in the final mop up.

    Hold tight and show them how disgusted you are with the paltry offer of $1.50
