When will some people understand the situation.Serious money will not only NOT expose their investors to this rabble but will be selling out their holdings while trying to hold the price.ie filter their sales into the small ill informed buyers who are getting chopped each day.Real Estate values will all be taking a hit for the next couple of years and as the US economy runs out of cash spending will dry up at these overpriced centro properties leaving ony 2 options for Centro 1/ Reduce the rents thus reducing their valuations or 2/ Have empty shops all over the place which is starting to happen now and will escalate. Why would you risk investing in a company holding off the almost inevitable BANKRUPTCY.And they have only themselves to blame exposing shareholders money to massive debts.
Some people have to get real very quickly or lose their shirts if not already lost.
