Many thanks for your response to my query. I can see how much effort and time you put into them and for that I highly value them. I was a long term holder (and believer) in Centro dabbling a bit with some day trades along the way. Your post has made me realise a few things that weren't so clear to me before and for that I am now a bit along they way towards getting back in at the lower prices on offer now. I still have to do a bit more research before I'm fully convinced but I'm starting to see the light (even though it is ever so dim).

I had to consider the market's reaction to the issues surrounding Centro and not only Centro's fundamentals when making a call on the stock. At the moment Centro is looking better and better, the more and more the market undervalues it.
