imperial, look only my opinion but they are holding off on individual sale of assets because when that starts to happen the other options will quickly disappear into thin air......the chances of being taken over whole will most certainly disappear, imo Keeping it together will all the good parts still there is the best thing for that option.
But it looks like the market wants to start seeing some action even if it's a sale of one or two centres.....only my opinion so dyor.
