Yes, there will be some negotiations coming, but I don't see how MDP's move can create more interests to the PEs. Or maybe it's a signal to other PEs that you must offer above this price otherwise I will reject your offer? lol, I don't know.
I still think the best interest for the large shareholders are still delisting the company and do capital raising. We will see then.
I personally prefer any PE can join capital raising for above 1.6 per share and satisfies the fund demand from the management.
