    There must be a race between Portmann to make a takeover bid for GWR prior to an announcement of an upgrade of resource at Willuna. Portmann make an offer, GWR trump with an upgrade, or GWR make an upgrade and Portmann make a higher offer. Must be cat and mouse in WA.
