Do not think that for 1 minute that FAS has gone away.
They have this conception of a merger, or a takeover by GWR. And the way things went last time, "they" will have a good ol real ripe go.
"They" could be anyone sitting in either camp or an either board, hence why the "average s/h" is frustrated with this stock.
But the resource speaks for itself, it will prevail, no matter what efforts are made in holding back this stock, and holding back the resource upgrade.
