Takeover Bid Timeline

Happy Easter.

I believe the affiliation agreement with SWM will end and must be renewed by June 2019.

However, from everyone's perspective it is more likely to enter a M&A between SWM and PRT, so does anyone have any clue or estimation when will it incur?

PRT & SWM both suspended their dividend payments, so my understanding is they both need cash for something. Acquiring PRT with 10 million net debt only can really strength SWM's balance sheet.
