So best case you could hope for $1.60 ish [ for this intial offer at least]

More realistic , you'll see a 30-40% premium , which would get us 1.10 -1.20 . I'd this will be a starting point for further negotiations perhaps.

If management believes the bidder is very keen , they could well hold out for $2.

Lets hope that management is strong and stands firm.
