    well i doubt they will get 75% support - who wants canadian shares, and for me Nicaragua, Colombia are places i dont want a mine. Newmont had their gold mine confiscated by the Colombian Gov - no thanks!
    CGX have 200 k production and get 38% of the merger - does not seem fair to me.
