Wouldn't worry too much at this stage - judging from market reaction this is not a done deal by any stretch of the imagination. Shareholders have yet to vote on this. Major funds will likely decide outcome but they, too, cannot be too excited about this (although it probably affords them some better liquidity for an exit post merger). Watch this space.
