With what cash could they possibly make an acquisition? They're on track to run out fairly soon.
I honestly think WAF are in deep trouble now, and unless these european investors are going to dig deep and throw even more skin into the game... its looking very ominous. (Even if they do, there'll be significant dilution). I can very easily see the stock price falling below 10c. My opinion only.
