So from the board, there would be phone calls to light speed, and paradise, and if they are happy with the figure we may get an announcement about it.. but the takeover probably wouldn't become formal until the board reinform the prospective suiter that the major shareholders would be happy with the number.. all imho.
I hope the announcement makes its way to the media, that would show the market what this company is really worth.
In saying that, if bradken hold off for another 12 months, we would be getting offers over $5.. and I recon prospective suiters would know that.. and are perhaps being opportunistic. (I am arguing with myself, and it's ambit funny). In 12 months $5 may be opportunistic also.. so maybe this offer is reasonable.
