It's a minimum, there's a large resource there and to SAR it has value of $50+ per ounce considering their infrastructure. I'm sure  Zeta knows if it  picks good up bundarra  for 8million it's a steal, cash price , they will sell the project to SAR negotiate it at a better price because they believe in the value.
