The company has a proper EBITDA now.
For a publicly listed company, anything less than price to EBITDA of 6 would be daylight robbbery and we’d probably expect closer to 8.
Realistically a price to EBITDA of 12 would be possible.
I believe Ebidta was 45 million which makes
6: 270 million
8 360 million.
There’s 522 million share on issue so.
6: 51.7cps
8: 68.9 cps
From these figures I feel we will get a lowball offer of 48 cents.
I don’t think anyone would approach a publicly listed company at a price to EBITDA of under 5(sub 43 cents). That’s what you pay for some crappy private small business.
